Although the expat life is about living abroad, expats certainly do their fair share of traveling. It makes sense that when living in a different country, region, or city in the world that the areas around it should be explored. It’s one of the benefits to living in a new place–being near all the new things to experience. If you ask any expat where they’ve been in the region in which they live you’ll probably get a laundry list of locations, stories and anecdotes.  Which got us to thinking, what does an expat bring on a weekend getaway?
