I don’t know of any specific agencies in Siem Reap, but I can tell you that there are many NGOs there that have workers coming in and out all the time, so I’m sure there will be plenty of people around to help. Even fairly nice hotels start at around US$10 per night, and all of them rent motorbikes for really cheap, which should help for a few days. English is commonly spoken all over as well, so even if you don’t find good resources online, it’ll be very easy to figure out once you arrive.

my wife and I will be relocating to Siem Reap for 6 months to do volunteer work with a small NGO.
We will be paying our own expenses but need to get accomodation, Bank, maybe a motor scooter etc
Do you know any agency I could contact there?
We will be doing a look-see trip in Oct this year
